While researching clinics for rhinoplasty, I saw photos of men whose noses had been operated on by Dr. Jo Yong-jin at Top Tier Plastic Surgery. The naturally elevated lines, without an overdone surgical look, were very similar to the style I wanted, so I went for a consultation.
During the consultation, I told the doctor that what mattered most to me was a natural nose that would not look obviously operated on. He recommended a rhinoplasty without an implant, so I trusted him and proceeded.
Recently I compared old and current photos, and my nose had changed much more than I expected. I can feel that the overall balance, from the height of the bridge to the alar line, has improved, and my face also looks much more refined than before.
It hasn’t changed so dramatically that it looks obvious, but the parts I wanted improved were clearly corrected, so I’m personally very satisfied. If you’re like me and don’t know where to go for rhinoplasty, I think proceeding at Top Tier without overthinking it would be fine.
