I previously had non-incisional double-eyelid surgery, but over time one side loosened and a slight extra fold appeared T_T Looking at preoperative photos, the line did not form neatly as one line and looked blurry, which kept bothering me. My biggest concern was that it might loosen again if I had another non-incisional procedure. During a consultation at Icon Plastic Surgery, I first learned about triple non-incisional surgery, which they explained uses knots at several points. The doctor shaped the line directly while examining my eyes. Since the clinic mainly handles eye surgery, I felt it would be suitable for revision, so I had it done there haha. The later photos are after surgery. Now the line is cleanly formed as a single line without the extra fold, which I like most lol. Both sides are much more similar than before, and the line is clearly visible when my eyes are open, so I am satisfied. I was very worried because one side had loosened before, but so far the line is holding well haha.
