I had been deliberating because of my large upper arms, then a friend introduced me to the clinic after having it done, so I underwent surgery! I was taking time off work and had plenty of free time, so I proceeded without thinking too much, but it is not a surgery to take lightly... From the day of surgery through day three, it hurts even when something just brushes against me, T_T. It feels like intense muscle soreness throughout both arms, as if someone keeps hitting them with a club. I recommend considering that bruising, swelling, and pain may be severe for about a month before deciding to have surgery. Still, it only hurts when I move, and I can eat and wash normally! Everything was fine except changing clothes while raising both arms. It has only been three days, so the swelling is still very pronounced... It is hard to see the immediate effect, but I feel the contour looks more defined than before. Even while wearing compression garments, you can see that I look slimmer than in the bare-skin before photo, right? Since the swelling still needs to go down and the shape needs time to settle, I’ll wait and see a little longer!
