I think it has been about two weeks since my nose surgery. It was my first surgery, and I have really learned a lot... I thought I had deliberated and researched a great deal before going, but noses really are not easy,, A pretty nose is one thing, but find the nose that suits you!! How is the columellar scar?? And when the swelling goes down, does the shortened columella come back down?? In the community reviews, it seems like everything comes down after the swelling subsides, so I wonder how long I should wait
