This time I had revision rhinoplasty for a bulbous nose using donor rib cartilage. Since it was revision surgery, there were so many places quoting absurdly high prices—seriously, do people pay 6–7 million won for revision rhinoplasty? ;; Places that were too cheap felt like factory-style hospitals, so I chose somewhere decent in the middle. My first rhinoplasty did not improve the bulbous nose at all, so I really regretted wasting the money. This revision rhinoplasty seems to have corrected the bulbous shape well even though there is still swelling. It is best to research properly before the first rhinoplasty, and I hate that I was lazy and had surgery after researching only roughly. Spending money twice is such a waste;;; Do not waste money like I did—visit lots of places and decide on a hospital only when you are 100% satisfied. Also, compared with my first surgery, I have less swelling and seem to be recovering faster. Revision surgery does not seem to be necessarily more difficult.
