Eye Surgery Reviews

That Day review

Diagnosis: R — Release the existing adhesions and lower the line with a double-line incision technique (low semi-out), with upper-eyelid fat repositioning (may be checked during surgery before proceeding) L — Release the existing adhesions, match the symmetry with the right side, and reposition the upper-eyelid fat (may be checked during surgery before proceeding) - Reason: - Since the last surgery was a non-incisional ptosis correction, releasing the existing adhesions should not be very difficult. If we proceed with an incisional method, the eyes will not close. - Also, the current right inner corner does not have an excessively high starting point, and the incision line extends into the area up to the inner corner? If an in-out fold is created, there is a possibility of a double crease. Therefore, it seems best to maintain the height of the inner corner and lower only the height of the posterior line. - There does not seem to be a need to lower the left side further. However, if only one side is done, comparison is impossible because one side will receive anesthetic injections and swell during the procedure, so both sides must be done. - With prominent eyes, the fat is positioned farther back. Therefore, for the left side, we will need to open it and check whether the fat needs repositioning.
