The consultation manager was kind, and I liked that the director explained everything in detail. I trusted them because they immediately noticed that my eyes were asymmetrical. However, there was some waiting time, so I think I should leave a reasonable gap between appointments at different clinics. Other than that, the line they designed for me was good, and I was satisfied.
