I had surgery using septal cartilage. The first-surgery cost was high, but my round, large nose became much smaller. They said ear cartilage could also be used if needed during surgery, but septal cartilage alone was sufficient. I had slight columella formation and osteotomy of the bridge as well. Both the doctor and coordinator were kind. The incision site had completely disappeared from the second year onward. The downside is that it looks so natural that I want revision surgery lol
