I usually had severe nasal congestion and difficulty breathing, and medication for sinusitis made little difference From the side, my dorsal hump was prominent, while from the front I had a crooked nose and a low bridge, so I wanted functional and cosmetic surgery together. After comparing several consultations, I chose GNG Hospital. The doctor first explained how much could be raised based on my structure and clearly said it should not be raised unconditionally. That reassured me, and they also recommended suitable materials well. I had functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty using a customized implant and septal cartilage. I was surprised that the swelling was less than expected when the splint came off. Now the major swelling is gone and only minor swelling remains. The hump is smaller, the side profile is smoother, the crooked appearance is reduced, and breathing is easier too!! I still need to wait and see, but I'm no longer worried about revision surgery
