I once had a consultation at [Clinic A] for a third revision, but I was afraid of autologous costal cartilage, so I had donor rib cartilage done elsewhere. Then my nasal tip seemed to become lower and blunter.. I should have had the autologous costal cartilage revision recommended by Dr. Lee from the beginning.. So I eventually looked for [Clinic A] again. The silicone on my nasal bridge was too firmly attached, so I lowered it slightly while replacing it. I said I wanted a straight-curved line that wasn’t too sharp, with a slightly rounded feel. The surgeon carefully reviewed my preoperative tests and said they would do a good job so I wouldn’t have to worry about revision, which gave me confidence This was my fourth nose surgery, and I wanted it to be my final revision, so I worried and felt terrified until entering surgery. Fortunately, the line turned out beautifully.. My bridge looks natural, and the tip has the slightly rounded feel I wanted with the straight-curved line! Dr. Lee seems to have an excellent aesthetic sense,. The autologous rib cartilage surgery was much less difficult than I feared, and the scar is well hidden by the breast line, so I can really tell that an expert’s skill is different. I was able to return to daily life quickly, so I keep thinking I should have chosen [Clinic A] from the start. I’m very satisfied with the result and always grateful to the surgeon... haha
