It has been almost a year since my lower-eyelid surgery. It improved when my face was expressionless, although it wasn’t that severe originally, but it was worse when I smiled—that’s why I had the surgery. Yet when I smile, the area under my eyes still protrudes and looks strange T_T When I told the clinic, they said expression muscles cannot be removed even with lower-eyelid surgery. Is there really no solution for this?? When I asked if I could get filler, they recommended against it and said that once I do, the clinic will no longer be able to treat me. Would it be okay to get filler?
