Whenever I smile, the fat under my eyes looks round and prominent. An acquaintance said it was aegyo-sal, but to me, the round fat below my eyes gradually started looking larger, which really bothered me. It seems to fold in the middle where the fat meets my cheekbone, so I am writing to ask whether there is a good clinic in Seoul for under-eye fat removal.
