It has already been two months since my contouring surgery; time flies lol. At one month, it felt like the line had become neat, but now at two months, the slim, sleek feeling from the mandibular angle below the ear all the way to the chin has really become apparent! In particular, I swell much less when I wake up in the morning, and thanks to preserving the mandibular angle below the ear, my jawline has not disappeared. It looks so natural, as if my original bone line had always been beautiful... Now I can eat almost anything comfortably except hard or chewy foods. Opening my mouth is also much more natural than at one month, and the awkward feeling when chewing has almost completely disappeared. I still take light walks regularly! These days, everyone I meet asks whether I changed my hairstyle or why my face has become so small, and I hear it every day lol. Friends who do not know I had contouring surgery genuinely think I just lost weight... Since my face has naturally become slimmer, the line from the shape of my head to my jawline when I wear a sleek bun or an updo is absolutely incredible T_T. They say residual swelling can take six months to a year to fully disappear, but if the line looks this good at two months, I am excited every day to see how much slimmer it will become. With facial contouring, meeting a surgeon who has a good eye for lines is truly the key!
