Cheekbone Surgery Reviews

I wondered if I could escape my peanut-shaped face… Now I am three months post-contouring!!!!!!!!!!!

Does anyone else struggle with a peanut-shaped face? I was exactly that kind of case. I searched this community extensively because it seemed like a relatively advertising-free site, but I was especially drawn to Cookie's reviews and kept looking at them. I think the refined-to-glamorous aesthetic matched my preferences best.

So I scheduled a consultation at [Clinic A]. After speaking with the coordinator, I consulted with the surgeon. The surgeon was very confident and showed me before-and-after photos and CT images of face shapes matching the look I wanted, explaining everything during the consultation. They explained it so I could roughly picture the result in my head.

After the surgeon's consultation, I spoke with the coordinator again, paid the deposit, set the surgery date, and left. Immediately after surgery, once the tape around my cheekbones was removed, there was swelling, but I could already see some of the contour, so I looked forward to the result even before the swelling went down.

From the day of surgery through the first week, I was very swollen, and my lips would not close, so drinking water was difficult. But I diligently did cold compresses and wore the compression band as the clinic instructed, and I could visibly see the swelling decrease day by day. After about two or three months, it gradually settled into a natural shape.

People around me most often said that my whole face looked smaller, and I think it was the first time I heard someone say my impression looked softer 🥰 The coordinator and surgeon said residual swelling can continue to go down for six months to a year, so I am looking forward to seeing it become even more natural 🤍

One thing I want to say is that facial contouring does not show the final result immediately! As the swelling gradually goes down over time, the changes become clearer and the desired result seems to emerge. The most important thing is not to become impatient haha... I had so many concerns before surgery, but now I think it was absolutely the right decision 🥰
