Nose Surgery Reviews

I wanted my second surgery to look natural, haha

After my first nose surgery, the tip drooped and the attempt to improve the droopy, beak-like appearance failed. The columella seemed to hang down without strength. Do you know the shape people often call a droopy or long nose? Because the tip looked beak-like, its shape was really unusual. I often heard, “Did you really have nose surgery?” lol. Although I felt the money had been wasted, I visited many clinics for revision surgery, determined to fix it properly. Almost everyone recommended autologous costal cartilage, and I even met a surgeon who said it should have been used for the first surgery. I chose [Clinic A] because the surgeon explained everything honestly, shaped the line well, and answered whether the problem was obvious. The surgeon also carefully managed the area where the rib cartilage was harvested, so I would not regret the decision. I nearly contacted the coordinator about the early pain to ask for medicine the next day, but when I mentioned it at the front desk while having the nasal packing removed, they handled it immediately. It was great that they did not make me come twice. I realized there is a reason people look for experienced surgeons, haha. I will keep watching my nose while recovering well.
