It has been almost four weeks since my breast revision surgery:) It has already been about nine years since my first surgery, and I decided on revision because I wanted to replace my old implants with new ones. After consulting several places, I had surgery with Dr. Lee Jae-soo at Next Plastic Surgery. I was very worried that recovery would be harder than after my first surgery because this was a revision, but this revision actually seemed less painful than my first surgery At first, I only occasionally felt a throbbing sensation, and it was not as painful or uncomfortable as I had expected. Now it is almost four weeks, so the swelling has gone down a lot compared with the beginning, and the texture has become much softer. I can definitely feel it improving as time passes. I now have almost no pain, just an occasional brief throb. At first, differences in swelling and texture between the two sides bothered me, but they are gradually becoming more similar and settling naturally, so I am satisfied. It has not even been a full month yet, so I am looking forward to the swelling going down further and the texture and shape becoming even more natural So far, recovery has been more comfortable than I expected, and I like the overall shape and lines, so I feel I made the right decision having revision surgery:)
