I'm from outside the Seoul area, so during August I went to Seoul and Busan and got nose consultations. Maybe because my nose is a hooked nose, there was a lot to do Nasal bone osteotomy + septal cartilage + ear cartilage were basically standard. 1. Byeol Plastic Surgery (Director Ko Guk-jin) First, the director explained everything very thoroughly. So even though it was my first round of consultations, I was able to understand my nose. CT + consultation fee was 10,000 won They recommended doing both functional and cosmetic surgery. 2. Banobagi Plastic Surgery (Director Lee Yu-jeong) They recommended using temporalis fascia on the nasal bridge. CT + consultation fee was 20,000-30,000 won Cosmetic only. 3. The Face Plastic Surgery (Director Han Hae-jeong) No consultation fee. They recommended doing both functional and cosmetic surgery. Unlike the other places, they asked what I thought about putting silicone in the nasal bridge. But I want to do it without an implant as much as possible, so I'm thinking of passing on that.
