Open rhinoplasty honestly scares me a little, so I was mainly looking into closed rhinoplasty. Since Envico was also well known, I went there for a consultation. I generally prefer a natural look and was visiting several clinics while researching my first rhinoplasty. I became interested after seeing reviews and decided to go, lol. First, they took a CT scan before the consultation, then I had a preliminary consultation with the coordinator and met the director. They also offered virtual surgery simulation. My biggest concerns were the tip and side profile, and I liked that they did not only talk about making the nose higher; they explained how much change was possible from my current nose. What I especially liked was that I had researched a lot and asked many questions, but they did not brush them off. There seem to be various types of rhinoplasty using prepared cartilage these days, and when I asked about the differences, they explained them clearly, which helped organize my thoughts. The clinic itself was less crowded than expected, and they took their time with the consultation. When explaining the nose line, the director did not simply say whether it was pretty, but went through why a certain direction would suit me, which made sense. I still have several other clinics to visit, but among the places I have visited so far, I thought this one was quite good. After the consultation, I actually felt clearer about which direction to take, so I plan to keep it as a candidate haha.
