Nose Surgery Reviews

OM community review

My nose was not extremely low, but overall it lacked definition, and the tip spread out and drooped roundly, so it looked subtly plain in photos. This time I wanted to bring out the line with a slightly more glamorous look rather than making it purely natural, so I went for a consultation. Their consultation style was more direct than expected. Without speaking vaguely or indirectly, they clearly pointed out what should be preserved and what should be changed in my current nose. They said the main problem was that my tip had weak support and therefore looked wide, and explained that the tip needed to be firmly supported to emphasize the line. I said I disliked anything too excessive but still wanted some glamour, so they suggested giving the bridge moderate volume and refining the line, while slightly enhancing the height and angle of the tip as a focal point. I said I wanted the line to show in photos rather than an entirely natural-looking nose. They also explained the surgical method realistically and did not seem like the type to speak ambiguously..? They said the bridge should be raised within reasonable limits according to my facial proportions. They emphasized that the goal was to make the line pretty, not simply to raise it as high as possible, lol. I also liked that they did not exaggerate things: they drew a clear line, saying this much glamour was possible, but going beyond that could look burdensome. Overall, it seems like a style well suited to people who want to bring out the line with a slightly glamorous look rather than a completely natural nose. I also liked their proposed direction the most, so I am considering it more seriously.
