Review of consultation for revision eye surgery I had double-eyid surgery with buried sutures 3 years ago, but the crease loosened, so I visited several clinics known for revision surgery. When I said I wanted to recreate the loosened crease, most recommended incisional surgery, but at VN, the director examined my eyelids and explained in detail why the crease had loosened and how the surgical plan would differ between natural adhesion and incisional surgery. It was good that the director also explained the cause of the loosening and why other clinics had recommended incision in a way I could easily understand. In conclusion, I decided to undergo revision with natural adhesion, along with ptosis correction and medial canthoplasty. The director has a good aesthetic sense and examined my eye condition carefully during the consultation, so I feel this revision may last a long time.
