Nose Surgery Reviews

Get proper rhinoplasty instead of a thread nose lift;

I used to have no intention of getting surgery, so I went anywhere for a thread nose lift. I guess that was a mistake;; As time passed, the tip became blunt again and the old bulbous-nose look started to come back a little. It bothered me so much that the tip looked dull every time I looked in the mirror, so I thought I might as well just have rhinoplasty and decided to do it after researching clinics thoroughly, lol. I consulted about four or five clinics and probably looked into more than ten. In the end, the decisive reason I chose this place was the detail of the consultation. Other clinics just insisted on using rib cartilage, gave a rough explanation, and moved on, but Director [Doctor A] showed me on the screen exactly where and how the cartilage at my tip was separated, as well as the precise amount of soft tissue and skin thickness there. The explanation was completely different. When I had the thread lift, I thought simply raising the tip with threads would improve my bulbous nose, so I had the procedure without thinking it through. As time passed, the tip became thick and blunt again. The director emphasized that with thick skin and abundant soft tissue like mine, simply raising or tying it will inevitably lead to recurrence.. T_T They also suggested reinforcing only the areas where the tip skin might show or become thin, using donated dermis, rather than using autologous rib cartilage. I had been very burdened by the scar, cost, and larger scale of surgery associated with rib cartilage, so this made me feel much less burdened. Honestly, after rhinoplasty it is hard to breathe and uncomfortable because of the nasal packing, right? But here they did not use packing, so apart from postoperative swelling, I had no discomfort. As soon as the splint came off, I could immediately see that my blunt tip had been refined into a slender shape, and it gave me goosebumps.. lol. As the residual swelling continues to subside, the line is settling in more. The dull feeling characteristic of a bulbous nose has definitely disappeared, and the line is so natural and pretty. Perhaps because they did such a good job, there is no awkward redness or show-through at the tip at all, and I am extremely satisfied >< Rather than simply making the nose higher, I think it is important to compare whether the clinic understands the structure and properly organizes the cartilage. You can tell from the photos, but my nasal line has become clearly more defined. The after-surgery photo was taken with makeup, but even without makeup it is refined and elevated, making my facial features look more distinct.
