I do not know why... The columella was also cut, so it looked like an operated nose, but overall it was just so-so and not pretty. I lowered the columella and corrected the pinched nose, and it seems a little better. Since I dislike an obvious result, I asked them to make changes little by little. They raised the nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage and honestly did only a little. The other parts seem noticeable only to me, but removing the silicone from the nasal bridge made a big difference. Amazing lol
