I went for a liposuction consultation because I wanted to remove the fat that folds together around my sides and back. At first I was only thinking about the sides, but after looking at my body shape, they explained that the upper and lower back also needed to be treated so the line would connect naturally when viewed from behind. During the consultation, they had me change clothes and personally checked where the fat was concentrated, while also asking which areas concerned me. They said that for the back, it is more important to shape it so it connects to the waist than to remove a large amount. I wanted a line that made my waist look more indented overall rather than simply becoming thinner, and they understood that immediately, so the consultation was very good. They also explained the surgical range and expected postoperative changes in more detail than I expected, making it easy to understand how the procedure would proceed.
