I went in thinking I had quite a lot of fat on my abdomen, but when the director examined me personally, they said I did not actually have as much fat as I thought. They explained realistically how much change could be achieved in my current condition, rather than presenting me as a case where a dramatic amount could be removed. I think I would actually have had more doubts if they had simply said I would lose a lot no matter what, so I appreciated their honest explanation of what was possible.
