It has been almost two months since I had eye revision surgery and cheekbone reduction together at [Clinic A], so I am leaving a review. I had incisional ptosis correction, lateral and lower canthoplasty, fat grafting to the upper eyelids, and cheekbone reduction. I was usually bothered by my cheekbones sticking out, both from the front and especially from the side. Even with cheekbone reduction alone, the 45-degree cheekbones were reduced a lot, and my face shape definitely looks smoother in side-view photos—! I am extremely satisfied T_T. My previous double-eyelid surgery had loosened and my upper eyelids had become slightly hollow, so I had fat grafting as well. Since I was doing that anyway, I also had lateral and lower canthoplasty. My eyes definitely look clearer than before, and after filling the upper eyelids, the tired-looking impression seems to have disappeared lol. At first there was more swelling than I expected, and I wondered when it would look natural, but perseverance wins… As the swelling goes down over time, my satisfaction keeps increasing. I hope the swelling decreases more soon.
