Gonggan rhinoplasty: autologous rib cartilage + droopy nose + bulbous nose + nasolabial angle review

My biggest concern was that my nasal tip looked blunt and wide. From the front, my nose looked heavy, and from the side, the bridge and tip did not seem to connect naturally, so I wanted a clean, defined overall nasal line. I consulted several clinics, and I trusted this one because they listened carefully to what I wanted and considered overall facial harmony rather than simply making my nose higher. I had rhinoplasty to improve the bridge and tip and refine the blunt tip, using autologous costal cartilage. Dr. Ham Gi-won of Gonggan Plastic Surgery carefully confirmed my desired direction from the preoperative consultation and handled every necessary part with care during surgery, so I felt comfortable proceeding. The rib area where the cartilage was harvested was more painful and uncomfortable than expected, but the pain gradually eased, and as the nasal swelling slowly subsided, the line began to show. I am now one month postoperative. Compared with the early stage, much of the swelling has gone down, and I can feel the tip gradually settling into a natural shape. I especially like that, as I wanted, the line is becoming naturally harmonious with my face rather than looking artificially high. Overall, I am satisfied with the result and progress so far. Thank you to Dr. Ham Gi-won for the careful surgery~
