I had double-jaw surgery along with chin tip and cheekbone surgery. I got the chin tip done because I had a receding chin, double-jaw surgery because of asymmetry, and cheekbone surgery because my face looked broad. I’m satisfied with the double-jaw surgery, but honestly I’m not sure about the cheekbones.. On the CT images, they had been reduced, but there wasn’t a dramatic effect.. I guess it’s just my skull shape. Unless your cheekbones protrude a lot to the sides, I don’t recommend it.
