About three years ago, I had a silicone nasal bridge and ear cartilage tip surgery. My nose became so crooked that it was obvious from the front, which stressed me out, and the bulbous tip was not improved at all. The previous clinic even said the surgery had gone well ;)
I was looking for a surgeon skilled at correcting crooked noses, possibly because the deviation was also affecting function, and had revision surgery at BT with Dr. Lee Seung-ho, the representative director. He shaped the columella, as people commonly request these days, and improved the tip so it looks rounded and defined.
Most clinics take CT scans, but not many also examine inside the nose with an endoscope. Here, the doctor carefully checked everything inside and spent a long time consulting with me until I finished all my questions! I do not take many selfies, so most photos were taken by friends, but even in random photos, the line is visible to this extent, so I think I like it. What do you think? The first photo after surgery was very low quality, so I enhanced it! After using it as my profile picture, my friends asked which app I used, lol. Keep in mind that I also had facial contouring at BT, which makes the result look a little more dramatic~~
