I had alar reduction surgery at Rise Plastic Surgery. At first, the swelling made my nose look a little unnatural, but after about a month, my nostrils became much more natural-looking and noticeably smaller. People around me would not notice unless I told them. The scars are slightly red if you look closely, but they are not bothersome at all!!
