Escaped upper-breast sagging stress! Maintaining a full D cup with lifting breast augmentation

After losing weight, my upper breasts became unattractively deflated and saggy, which stressed me out so much that I decided to have surgery. Instead of regular breast augmentation, I had lifting breast augmentation at [Clinic A], and it’s already been three years! At the consultation, they said they could create a firm, elastic line by lifting with dual-plane dissection rather than performing ordinary breast augmentation, without a separate breast lift. I had many friends around me who had good results at [Clinic A], so I trusted them and went ahead haha. I also had Mentor Xtra 375 cc placed through an inframammary incision, along with accessory breast tissue removal. Thanks to the surgeon’s excellent aesthetic sense and meticulous fitting, I’ve maintained a full D cup from an A cup! There were many implant types, and they recommended one suited to my body well, so I don’t think I hesitated at all before deciding. My formerly flat breasts without elasticity became firm, naturally full, and exactly the pretty UIU line I wanted was completed haha. Even three years after surgery, the shape and feel are extremely natural, and people around me envy how pretty and natural they look, saying they would never guess I had surgery! I felt reassured that an anesthesiologist was always present and that aftercare was systematic. Since the upper fullness filled out first, the fit of my clothes itself changed, and I feel so proud every time I look in the mirror ♥ People who, like me, are worried about breast sagging or lack of volume after losing weight shouldn’t feel upset alone—I recommend getting a consultation for lifting breast augmentation :)
