Eye Surgery Reviews

Siseon community review

It has been three months since I had an incisional double-eyelid procedure and under-eye fat repositioning. I did have natural double eyelids, but the two sides were subtly different, so I was quietly bothered whenever I did my makeup. Then the area under my eyes became increasingly lumpy, and my dark circles seemed to be getting worse, so I started looking into eye surgery. When I entered the consultation room, the doctor first asked what kind of line and eye shape I wanted, and whether there were any other factors I had in mind. I said I wanted the lines to be symmetrical, with an in-out or semi-out line, and wanted the under-eye area cleaned up. After that, they checked things such as my skin condition and the basic size of my eyes, and recommended an in-out line, saying it would suit me well. For the under-eye area, they said that under-eye fat repositioning could reduce things like dark-circle pigmentation and that I would not bruise much, so I asked them to do that. It was bothersome to research clinics, but I did not choose just anywhere. I decided to go ahead because Dr. Siseon tried to preserve what I wanted as much as possible, and it was good that they showed me many postoperative photos while checking what kind of feeling I wanted. When I told them which eyes I thought were the prettiest, they said they would reflect that on my eyes so they could turn out similarly. After the surgery, they really did turn out natural. By three months, the swelling and bruising had decreased a lot, the under-eye area was neat, and I no longer looked older. The double-eyelid lines became symmetrical, so after doing my makeup they did not look uneven. It was not a major change because I did not have extensive surgery, but personally, my eye area looks more organized, and I think having properly defined double eyelids contributes to a cleaner impression, so I am satisfied.
