Before surgery, my biggest worry was, “What if I do it for no reason and end up with only scars?” Now when I look at my arms… there isn’t a single scar, to the point that I wonder whether I even had surgery, and I’m so satisfied T_T My surgery was on July 6—yes, right in midsummer lol. I was worried I would have to be extremely diligent with aftercare, but there were truly no problems even in summer, lol. The circumference went from 35.3 to 30 cm! The reduction in numbers is significant, but my silhouette in clothes is completely different. Arms I couldn’t show in sleeveless tops are now arms I boldly expose, lol. Even in short sleeves, maybe because there’s no bulge at the back, I just look slender, haha. I can’t skip talking about the pain either. I’m the type who even grimaces from Botox pain T_T, but after the anesthesia wore off it was only mildly throbbing, and I could immediately go about my daily life. I was amazed, thinking, “Is recovery from surgery really this fast?” lol. I didn’t even apply ointment to the scars, so with results like this I wonder if it’s just my constitution. But thinking about it, I did make an effort too: I drank a lot of water, kept up with disinfection and drying every time even when it was bothersome, and consistently took swelling supplements (Danggui-Su-san and Newvein)! I haven’t had many surgeries, but this feels like the best surgery I’ve ever made in my life T_T
