[Clinic A] Community Review

I wanted natural-looking eyes, so I requested Doctor A rather than Doctor B for my consultation. They explained the problems with my eyes and how to address them well. They clearly said when something could not be done. They also recommended eye-shape correction, but when I said I was worried about side effects, they said it was right not to do it if I was anxious. They explained that it was not essential and only served as a boost. The director was gentle and clear during the consultation, so I was very satisfied. However, the consultant… I have nothing to say… In my opinion, this clinic should not hire overly artificial-looking people who look young as consultants. She had undergone overly dramatic cosmetic procedures herself, had an unpleasant expression, and talked while tapping on a calculator like a salesperson, so I did not even want to communicate with her. But the doctor's consultation was so good that I booked that day. In the end, I chose another clinic and contacted the consultant to cancel, but she replied extremely slowly and even left me on read, so I texted again the next day about refunding the deposit ^^. That was when I realized.. I was absolutely right to cancel, lol. If something had happened during surgery, I can easily imagine her leaving me on read or responding very slowly, making the handling terrible. The director is good, but the clinic system and staff are so poor that I would have to think very carefully before choosing this clinic for revision surgery.
