I’ve had two nose surgeries in total. First of all, I have a strong smiling force in my face, T_T. In the first surgery, I had silicone plus septal cartilage, but after six months it drooped so much that it looked like a witch’s nose. A year later, I went to another hospital and had silicone plus donor rib cartilage and osteotomies on both sides of the nasal bones, and I lived satisfied with it. Then, around four years after surgery, the tip drooped, and now it has drooped into a beak-like shape. I’m deliberating whether to reconstruct the tip during implant-removal surgery or remove everything completely since it keeps drooping anyway. What do you all think?

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo5d When will bruising be okay after removal?
It has been a week since I had the silicone and septal cartilage completely removed, but I feel that the yellow and blue bruising is still quite severe T_T Did everyone’s bruises disappear after a few days following removal?? Should I go…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo5d Will uneven nostrils return to normal after taping only one side?
I taped only one side of my nose for a long time (the other side was taped for almost just one day), and after removing it, the inside of the nostrils looks very uneven. Will it return to normal??? T_T The difference is so obvious that I’m
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo5d Anyone who had a pointed, Pinocchio-like nose?

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo6d Do I really need to leave the support after septal extension?
I am so conflicted. I had a dorsal hump osteotomy, silicone, and septal extension, and the tip is extremely hard and does not move. Fortunately, even when I smile very broadly, I do not develop a beak-like tip; my natural nose had a tip…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo6d Worried about removing nasal implants
I previously wrote that the tip of my nose, which had been done with ear cartilage, hurt, but after obtaining my surgical records, it seems there was also a support strut and that the step on the nasal bridge was filled with fascia……
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo6d This looks like cartilage show-through, right? Ugh...
It has been almost two months since my nose surgery. The tip was raised slightly using a septal support graft. Besides the cartilage show-through, I also feel a clicking sensation when I hold the columella area and move it to the right, so
