This was the third hospital I visited after deciding to get nose surgery. After taking a CT scan, as soon as I met the director, he immediately pointed out that I had facial asymmetry, and he based the consultation on that, so I felt that he pays a lot of attention to overall facial harmony. At the hospitals I had consulted with before, when I told them the procedures I wanted, the consultation was based on how those procedures would be done and what effects they would have. Director Lee Byung-jun first talked about basic harmony and then asked why I wanted rhinoplasty, so I was a bit taken aback. I think he pointed out things that helped me think more deeply about what exactly I wanted to improve. I had only vaguely thought that I wanted my nose to look prettier, but I felt he gave me a perspective that helped me think more about what was stressful and what my complexes were. The consultation time was quite long, and he kindly answered even my small questions, so I think that is why I decided to have my nose surgery here. I had surgery for a bulbous nose and hump nose, with the nasal tip raised and silicone placed in the nasal bridge. Since my nasal septum is short, we decided to use donated rib cartilage. After I recover, I will take and upload before-and-after photos.
