Next breast augmentation: surgery day to postoperative day 1 review

Before surgery I was a full A to slightly empty B, with a breast base width of 13–13.5. I had surgery at Next near Sinnonhyeon Station with Dr. Lee Jae-soo! I wanted a full D, and we placed 400 cc Mentor Extra implants on both sides equally. Since I am fairly large in both height and torso, the doctor did not say this amount was excessive! I had already made up my mind to some extent after researching extensively. I had failed double-eyelid surgery at a large hospital, underwent revision, and failed again, so I eventually had revision surgery at a one-doctor clinic T_T I wanted a one-doctor clinic specializing in breasts, with an anesthesiologist on site, so I chose Next! I also liked that they said I could sleep lying down after surgery (I did not know my future self would have trouble lying down…). They also provide scar laser treatment afterward free of charge. Their YouTube videos were almost all breast-specialist lectures, which made me trust them. I had an inframammary incision, but my drain did not fill. I had heard that Next was a place where drains fill, so I was prepared, but they said drains only fill for axillary incisions. The doctor repeatedly warned me before and after surgery to watch for delayed bleeding. The staff read every line of the printed instructions to me and emphasized reading them repeatedly. After surgery they sent me a video about precautions, so I watched it in the recovery room, took deep breaths, and worked hard to expel the gas! (Because the gas taste reduced my appetite even more, I recommend working hard at this T_T.) On the day of surgery I had almost no pain, just some back stiffness, and I took the subway home lol. I even walked from Sinnonhyeon Station to Gangnam Station for a stroll and took Line 2 lol. I got excited thinking, I must be someone who has little pain! But I had indigestion and felt bloated, so I could not eat much. On the surgery day I could only eat Gong Cha and one egg tart. But perhaps because the analgesic infusion wore off, it started hurting at night when I went to sleep T_T It was somewhat difficult to lie down and sit up T_T T_T T_T I kept waking up because I felt uncomfortable and eventually took extra painkillers at dawn T_T Today, postoperative day 1, my back and breasts feel stiff, the armpit area under the band feels a little sore, and my breasts hurt quite a lot when lying down or getting up… T_T T_T T_T Still, perhaps I am doing better than others, because I can move and get up by myself. Even sliding doors that are not too heavy open smoothly. I kept it secret from my family and everyone around me, so I am recovering alone. I may also be tolerating it better because I have fairly good pain tolerance! But extending my arms backward or even lifting them slightly overhead hurts a lot, so I am moving carefully. I still can eat only half a bowl, but I am eating diligently so I can take my medication, then taking my medicine and going for walks. At least I can immediately see that my breasts are larger after surgery, so I am starting to look forward to it lol. I cannot wait to take off the bandages.
