Eye Re-Surgery

Sinsa Station Ino Plastic Surgery Clinic: Full consultation, surgery, and all follow-up progress...

Before the hospital's apology KakaoTalk message Before the very very very main post, I did not want treatment, aftercare, or treatment for side effects because of the side effects and the false medical-law guidance, so I asked the hospital for a refund, but they said they would only process half, so I am writing this without taking a refund, hoping there will be no victims like me.

This is the apology message that came after I wrote the post. (I did not reply.) I cannot forgive the hospital's behavior in deceiving consumers

(This post is written without honorifics. Please understand.)

I am writing this hoping there will never be another victim like me. If you are interested in under-eye repositioning or are before surgery, please read this post at least once and make a choice you won't regret.

Also, there are many promotional posts for consultations at that hospital (the review work also seems to be done directly.. reviews where you cannot tell whether the person is a customer or not) I recommend recording every detail of the consultation before surgery and everything afterward!! so that if something unexpected happens, you can be properly prepared.

First of all, the hospital where I had surgery has a huge amount of promotional posts on this community, Yeouya, Gaasa, etc. I don't know whether they are real reviews, promotional posts, brokers, or agency posts, but if you decide on surgery after reading an unsourced post and then get side effects, that is the most unfair thing. Once something is ruined, it can never be restored no matter how much money you pay. That is a fact.

★ As someone who has had surgery, I really regret choosing this hospital because I could not see posts like this. Do not regret like I do, and even if you do regret it, regretting it with knowledge and regretting it without knowing are different. I hope there will never be another victim like me.

---------

I had under-eye fat repositioning + dark-circle nano fat grafting + front cheek grafting at a plastic surgery clinic in Sinsa. After that, a huge number of side effects appeared?

- Half of my face lost sensation, probably nerve damage (tingling and numbness, from the cheekbone, nose, under-eye area, all the way to the lips) - Triangle eyes, three-white-eye appearance (the under-eye area is fixed and won't rise, so the eyes are uneven and when I smile, one eye does not close completely) - Dark circles (they got worse; people around me immediately say, why are your dark circles so severe?) - The aegyo-sal boundary disappeared / signs of lower eyelid inversion are also visible

* They also discarded the before/after photos of the surgery, so they would not show them to me (is this really a professional hospital?) During the consultation, they said it was professional. People were lining up to get surgery without even seeing the director. Don't trust the consultation manager's words 100%.. So I think you need to be careful about things that make people easily persuaded.

After these side effects happened, I requested a follow-up with the director, but they did not schedule one? (It is a long story, so I will only write the facts.) They just kept saying to wait, saying we had to keep watching as time passed, and they appeased and avoided the issue without arranging a follow-up with the director.

Then after 8 to 9 months, I was finally able to see the director for follow-up. But the answers I got at that follow-up were personally so ridiculous and impossible to understand that I requested another follow-up with my guardian, and they boldly gave false and untrue guidance, saying that having a follow-up with a guardian is a violation of the Medical Service Act.. I was so dumbfounded that I asked several times. The coordination team and the consultation manager all gave the same false guidance. (I have phone and KakaoTalk evidence)

When I said let's settle this with a full refund and an apology from the employee who gave false guidance, they said they would only give half a refund? And when I said they should apologize for the employee who gave false guidance, they said the employees are young and don't know much, so they will handle it internally. So I told them not to contact me anymore in the future for treatment, aftercare, reoperation, or refunds.

And then someone claiming to be the general manager? that I had never seen at the hospital contacted me under a false name. It was my first time seeing a plastic surgery clinic using false names.

In any case, the surgery result is one thing, but if I had known the aftercare would be like this, I would never have had the surgery. And this hospital apparently has no future follow-up with the director, so everyone should know that before deciding on surgery.

As someone who has been suffering side effects, I'll say just one thing.

"Side effect reviews" get temporarily taken down and such, so in practice they are hard for consumers to see, which makes it difficult to make the right choice. Most of the posts on all kinds of apps and communities are just the successful cases. Even those successful posts may be written by the hospital itself, or recommended by brokers. ★ Think about it: if your surgery went well, there are no patients who keep managing a review post and commenting on it. But many people decide on surgery by looking at posts whose source they cannot verify... Please be careful and look into everything thoroughly.

People who always get cosmetic surgery should research everything, think a hundred times, and be careful. If you look at the side effect tabs on Babitalk and the side effect tab on this community's "real reviews," it will help (I know there are many promotional posts among community review-style posts... please keep that in mind). I hope you understand the risks of surgery to some extent and make a careful decision. I am writing this to share information, hoping you will not make the same mistake as I did. What has already been ruined can never be restored. The hospital also does not take responsibility, and that is a fact.

*This post was written based on the `consumer rights` guaranteed by our Constitution and the Framework Act on Consumers, and I state that it has no purpose of slandering the above medical institution beyond sharing information and helping other patients.*
