I am writing a review of my breast surgery too lol. It has been quite a while since surgery, but I had become so used to it that I forgot about it until recently, when I had reason to look into various things and remembered, so I am writing this! Before surgery I was a 70A, and now I measure around 75D in a bra. When they said during my first consultation that I could reach about a D cup, I honestly worried that it might be too big lol. But after surgery, the actual result was quite different from the D-cup image I had imagined. It does not feel overwhelmingly large, and because the shape was designed to suit my body, it looks just right. I like that my overall proportions look more balanced in clothes than when I was an A cup. I definitely gained volume, but it does not look like my breasts are floating separately from my body, so I am satisfied!! I am so used to them now that I do not think much about it, but when I occasionally see old photos, I feel I made the right choice by having surgery haha.
