[Clinic A] community review

After struggling with texture problems and capsular contracture following my first surgery, I finally found a clinic I truly liked and completed revision surgery with a satisfying result. I hope this helps people like me who lose sleep worrying about revision surgery. 1. Consultation with the surgeon (expertise and aesthetic sense aligned) Of all the clinics I consulted, this surgeon explained things most carefully and in the greatest detail. I could especially feel that they had tremendous clinical experience with revision surgery. They showed me progress photos from cases similar to mine or even more severe and explained them directly, which gave me confidence. Perhaps because of that experience, they immediately understood exactly what I wanted. Above all, the shapes and lines in the progress photos I saw at the clinic were beautiful, and the surgeon’s aesthetic sense completely matched the style I was pursuing, so I felt I could entrust myself to them. 2. Consultation with the coordinator (thoughtful care and help making a decision) Because a rough-surfaced implant had been used in my first surgery, the texture felt really bad from immediately after surgery. So this time, until one week before surgery, I kept deliberating over whether to prioritize “texture” or “stability.” The coordinator discussed it with me as if it were her own concern and continued counseling me. She even personally searched for the implant I wanted and checked its availability. I could feel her sincerity in every part of her attitude. She always seemed busy, but the fact that she tried to accommodate my schedule and convenience as much as possible for the consultation made me trust her deeply. 3. Surgery and pain (the surgeon really has gifted hands) Other places told me that it would be a very difficult operation because the capsular contracture was severe, but the surgeon was so skilled that the procedure went extremely smoothly. Before surgery, they kept reassuring me, saying, “I will make it as painless and manageable as possible,” and I was surprised that the pain really was much less than I had expected. (I was told that because my tissue quality was relatively good, removing the capsule also went smoothly.) 4. Postoperative care and follow-up The surgeon came personally once immediately after surgery and once again just before discharge to check my condition. Even though they must have been busy, every time they came, they gave long and detailed explanations about the surgical progress, precautions, and how to care for myself going forward, which moved me deeply. After surgery, free follow-up care and scar management continue to be provided, and seeing that they even have a 10-year after-sales policy made me realize, “The surgeon must be truly proud of their skill and results.” Overall assessment Ultimately, I am extremely satisfied in every respect, including shape, texture, and stability! I was very worried because this was revision surgery, but it was a perfect choice in all three areas: skill, aesthetic sense, and kind care. I would highly recommend it to anyone deliberating over revision surgery.
