I knew that Dr. Choi was famous for noses, but was told that the doctor only does noses, and I had seen pretty result photos from Dr. Lee in reviews on another app, so I decided to consult here. However, the rhinoplasty consultation was quite vague. The 3D virtual-surgery simulation was fascinating, but because it was just computer programming rather than aesthetic judgment and sense, I was not satisfied with the virtual image. I wanted an implant-free procedure, and the doctor said things like “It is simple” and “It will be quick,” and only slightly adjusting the tip. The explanation was clear, but as someone new to surgery, I still felt my doubts had not been resolved. I do not mean that the doctor was unfriendly or careless, but I did not reach the level of trust. I may have trusted the doctor even less because the price was much lower than I expected. I trusted another clinic more for the nose, and this one more for the eyes, so I decided not to do the nose at all and proceeded only with the eyes. As expected, on the day of surgery the doctor said only what was necessary and proceeded. The doctor is not very talkative and seems to have a style of keeping consultations very short and saying only the essential points lol. I also chose it without much deliberation because I thought lower-eyelid fat repositioning was not a particularly major surgery that needed a lot of worry. Today is the day of surgery, so I will have to see how things go later. Overall, I still have no major complaints.
