My epicanthal folds are severe, so I need an epicanthoplasty, but even after it the Mongolian band will not disappear completely. The space between my eye sockets is very narrow, so there is little room for lower and lateral canthoplasty, and even if it goes well it may not look attractive. If I have an incision, it seems fat would need to be added instead, which would make the procedure more extensive, so they said it would be better to start with a non-incisional procedure and deal with any problems later if they arise. Surgery is expected to take 30 minutes to one hour. Aftercare is available for one year, but anesthesia costs are separate. I trusted them because they clearly said that things that cannot be done cannot be done. However, I was disappointed that the unit price was quite high.
