I didn’t think my eyes looked particularly unattractive before surgery!! I had lived fine with them, but recently the distance between my eyes and eyebrows suddenly felt too wide, and because the strength of my eye opening differed, the eyebrow positions were different, which stressed me out so much… (I adjust my eyebrow positions every day.) I wondered whether having double eyelids might be better than not having them, so impulsively booked surgery for the day after my consultation… I didn’t visit lots of clinics; I consulted just one clinic recommended by a few acquaintances. As soon as the doctor saw my eyes, they said they were very easy eyes, and recommended medial canthoplasty and incisional double-eyelid surgery. Honestly, I thought they would recommend ptosis correction, but they didn’t..? Looking back, I’m glad I listened to the doctor. The double-eyelid surgery alone seems to have improved everything I was concerned about!! I worried that medial canthoplasty might change my impression too dramatically and wondered if I really needed it, but I’m glad I did it haha. They said incision was definitely necessary, so I had the incisional method! It’s only been a month, so there’s still some swelling and the scars are quite visible, but I think they’ll gradually improve. Don’t be impulsive like me—visit many clinics and think carefully before deciding!! Double-eyelid surgery is still surgery~ Anyway, I’m completely satisfied!+) It’s an in-out fold!!!!
