Here, I consulted with the director before speaking with the manager. The manager only helped with the cost consultation. The director also seemed proud, and specifically pointed out which parts of my nose should be addressed, which should not be touched, and which parts concerned me. They did not examine the details or touch my nose. Maybe because of their long experience, they seemed to know just by looking and spoke based only on the CT scan! But the place was extremely crowded, like a hectic market, which was a major drawback. There may also have been a difficult customer, so I felt anxious.
