Before surgery, I had monolids, so compared with double eyelids, my eyes looked less glamorous and more closed-off when wearing makeup, which was something I was deliberating over. What I especially liked was that they explained the procedures or surgeries patients needed, with detailed examples and reasons. I was also deliberating over natural adhesion and medial epicanthoplasty, but after examining my eyes, they didn’t recommend it unconditionally. Instead, they compared the distance between my eyes and the width of my nostrils and told me they would not recommend medial epicanthoplasty if my nostrils normally looked wide. They said it might look more natural not to do it, which made me trust them more. I also liked that the aftercare was thorough.
