First of all, I got so many calls confirming the appointment.. I think I answered the phone about five times. I went into the consultation quickly without waiting, and they said one eye had loosened slightly, so if they made a fold it would become only slightly more defined. I had been deliberating over my uneven eyes, and I appreciated that they clearly told me what could not be done. There was no excessive upselling, and they kindly answered even though I asked a lot of questions. The consultation coordinator also wrote the price and information separately in a brochure, making it easy to compare. They said same-day reservations only came with a discounted price, and they did not pressure me to book.
