I had an inner philtrum-shortening surgery about a year and a half ago! I hesitated a lot because of the scar, but now the scar is unnoticeable with makeup and only visible when I deliberately look for it bare-faced. My skin is fairly pale, so I don’t think it stands out much..! I was also recommended a corner-of-the-mouth and outer procedure, but I felt I couldn’t cope with a scar on my lips, so I only had the inner procedure. I think it was right not to do the others.. haha. If I could go back, I don’t think I would have surgery. My philtrum wasn’t extremely long, so makeup covered it to some extent. Only do it if you really need it..!
