I wanted rhinoplasty without an implant, so I visited clinics that had many reviews of surgeries without silicone. I included [Clinic A] on my list because its non-implant reviews seemed decent, and after consulting there myself, I understood why so many people seek it out. Rather than insisting that I had to use a particular material, the director explained what materials were possible for my current nose and how much the tip could be raised, which made it easy to understand. I asked many questions, and they answered each one without making me feel rushed. They also explained well how my nose might change if I chose a non-implant procedure.
