It’s already been two months since I got abdominal fat-extraction injections lol. At first I wondered when I would be okay because of the bruising and swelling, but after the bruising and swelling went down and about a month passed, the lumpy feeling had almost disappeared. Now it’s been two months, and it’s definitely different from before. My waist circumference is about 7 cm smaller than at the beginning, and I’ve also lost about 4 kg. I’ve consistently done abdominal exercises and lower-body stretching too! The most amazing thing these days is that the pants I used to wear are loose lol. They definitely used to fit tightly because of my belly, but when I tried them on now, there was room. Am I going to be wearing size 55 pants at this rate? lol I was stressed because I suddenly gained abdominal fat, but after two months I can really feel the difference when getting dressed, so I’m definitely proud. My tweed skirt is getting bigger I bought suit pants but haven’t been able to wear them since last year I should go out wearing a suit this beautiful autumn ^^ From now on, I think it’s more important to improve firmness than lose more weight, so I’ll keep exercising! For now, I’m satisfied up through month two 😊
