I chose Demi 285 on the right and 265 on the left. The pain lasted exactly two days; there was only a heavy, expanded feeling, and I adapted quickly. I was worried because I’m in my mid-50s, but I’m happy that recovery was fast and I can wear bikinis again. I hope this helps others my age who are deliberating.
