I had not originally planned to have revision rhinoplasty, but during my consultation, the doctor said that reducing the philtrum could make my nose look slightly upturned and make the nostril exposure more noticeable, so I decided to redo only the tip. What I wanted was a slightly more refined-looking, dimensional philtrum! It has been about a month; my nose still has a little swelling, but I think the philtrum length has been reduced exactly as I wanted, haha. From the side, it seems to have turned out refined as I hoped, and it also seems more dimensional.
